Due to COVID-19 and the increased safety measures we are taking, orders may be temporarily delayed beyond our standard shipping times.
Errors or Damaged Merchandise:
In the unlikely event that you ordered from younaturalandpure.com and received a damaged or incorrect item, simply contact us at products@younaturalandpure.com and include your address, order number and request a pre-paid mailing label. Upon receipt of the label, please return your item(s) along with a note of explanation. Our mistake will cost you nothing.

When will my order be processed and shipped?
For all orders placed Sunday- Wednesday before 12 PM CST, we will process your order that day, excluding holidays/ weekends. All orders received after 12 PM will be processed within the next 2 business days. Orders placed on Friday after 12 PM EST are processed on the following Monday. Our customer care team will contact you if we need additional information for credit verification.
How will my package be shipped and how much will it cost?
We ship all orders via UPS or USPS. Cost will depend upon location and weight of products.
Orders are shipped via Ground Service and are typically shipped within 5-7 business days from the time your order has been placed. Shipping time depends upon the delivery location.
Do you ship internationally? Can I use an International Credit Card?
We are currently unable to ship orders outside the U.S. We are also unable to accept international credit cards for all orders.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your UPS or USPS tracking number. Click on the tracking number to view your package’s delivery status
